• Evaluate & Treat | Develop evidence-based plans for orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and spine cases—plus aquatic sessions when appropriate.

• Educate & Empower | Coach patients on movement, lifestyle, and self-management strategies that keep them active long after discharge.

• Learn & Lead | Attend peer case reviews, pursue continuing education on the clinic’s dime, and help shape specialty programs that match your passions.

What You Bring
